Vice President, European Human Resources
Ludger Brackmann, Vice President of European Human Resources, is responsible for the overall human resources activities of R. L. Polk & Co.’s European operations. In this role he plans, communicates and assures the implementation of European HR strategies, policies, objectives, tools and projects to Polk’s Global Management team, staff and assigned third parties.
Prior to his current position, Ludger worked as an HR-Director for an international automotive supplier. In this position, he established new HR strategies and all related policies and tools, and led several company-wide change projects. He also has held HR-management positions in the pharmaceutical industry, and with such well-known international organisations as SONY. As a Senior Manager at SONY, he also was responsible for leading all General Affairs activities.
Ludger holds a Degree in Business Administration.
