Markus Frömgen is responsible for the business operations and the overall strategic direction of Polk's Northern, Central and Southern European Regions. His team provides Strategic Planning and Forecasting, Used Car Development and CRM & Aftersales solutions to customers.
Prior to assuming his current position, Markus has held numerous positions at Polk. He started by working as a consultant for forecast studies within the Automotive Studies sector at Polk Marketing Systems GmbH in Essen in 1993. From 1997 – 2000, Markus was an Area Manager for the Automotive Aftermarket. In 2001 he was the Key Account Director in charge of automobile suppliers including original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket companies.
Markus’ team has been instrumental in the development of NewReg, NewFor, Parc, Network Design and various standard market analysis and forecasting reports which have been implemented within leading OEMs and suppliers.
Markus Frömgen holds a diploma of economics (Diplom-Ökonom) of the Ruhr-Universität Bochum, with special degrees in Statistics, Market Research and Marketing.
